All excellent and except for the bed.

we have been staying in this property since 2004. we like Sun & Sand Shirdi

We booked a suite. the bed is not commiserate with expected standards. Double Bed is provided and the length of the bed is inadequate for anyone above 6’ (I am 6’2”). This makes quality of sleep below average. Atleast Queen/ King size bed should be provided for this price.

Good stay

Good ambience, big rooms, cleanliness, staff behaviour, food. Room Service, in room dining were excellent. Service was quite prompt. Staff were very friendly and respectful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nature was in bounty with the hotel surrounded by greenery. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

1. The wifi password gets reset every day and then we need to call and ask for it. This is really inconvenient, given a five star hotel, such medieval policies are not acceptable. They need to have competent IT policies and professionals. 2. The access cards used to get deactivated - apparently when they came in contact with mobile phones. Again an example of an old type system with not so good quality. They need to upgrade such systems to the latest once such that customers are not inconvenienced. Overall their technology elements need upgrade

Great compared to previous stays only convenient for all who can afford to stay there.

Greenery and food

Vicinity to noisy neiborhood playing loud band music for private event. Walking on the approach road could be cleaner and good wide clean footpath would help.

Good hotel, nice big rooms, but atmosphere is better at the main hotel.

Thw main hotel is gorgeous. The atmosphere is buzzing when we went down for breakfast. Next time I will be staying there. The staff in the main hotel are much nicer, friendly and helpful. The suites are lovely. The actual room is huge. We stayed in a studio suite and it was like a studio apartment. One king bed, one sofa bed, a small round table and chairs and a lovely bathroom. The suite is stunning, clean, beautifully furnished. Loved it. Hotel is perfectly located. The free shuttle service from the hotel to the Shirdi temple was very nice and convenient. Very kind of the hotel to provide that free of charge. The hotel is in walking distance of the Shirdi Temple if you would prefer to walk as well.

The atmosphere was not so great in the suites. It was a bit dead. The lobby area in the suites was bad. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. It was a very awkward atmosphere. Very quite in the suites, next time I will book in the main hotel. The staff in the suites are almost unresponsive. We had to ask multiple times for tea, coffee, cups, etc. When asking to turn down the sofa bed they dressed the bed but did not bring a duvet cover. We had to ask for one but it was obvious.

Very comfortable stay as a whole. The suites tend to get detached from the crowd.

The size of the room was very good. The hotel should encourage people to try their Indian cuisine as it is the best they have.

Lack of flavor in Chinese food and readiness of the room. There were no towels or laundry bags provided in the suite rooms.

Staff is amazing Food is pretty good and tasty Rooms are clean Service is great

Need suites with one king or 2 queen bed options. So not that family friendly . All equipment in the rooms must be checked and updated to make sure that are in excellent working condition . Prices are expensive for a temple town. I don’t know if prices of food in the room / cafeteria can be made more competitive to keep it on par with other 4 /5 star hotels across many temple towns in the country. ( for example no more than 3 times the price in the normal world)
